| Why can't I see Surfulater on the Internet Explorer
Context Menu? |
|
First ensure all copies of IE are closed or restarted after installing
Surfulater.
IE6 has a limit to the number of items it will display on its
right click context menu. Some applications add too many items
to this menu, which prevents Surfulater's menu items from appearing.
You can check this by using Start|Run|Regedit and going to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\MenuExt
If there are more than around 17 items listed you will most likely
have a problem. Either UnInstall programs you no longer need,
or try Deleting some registry entries from the context menu. You
need to restart IE to see the result of any changes.
Note that Firefox does not have this problem.
